Compound Gateway is a Substrate-based Proof of Authority (PoA) blockchain that enables cross-chain interest rate markets. Governed by COMP token holders on Ethereum, Gateway validators observe transactions from Starports on connected blockchains and record events with probabilistic finality. This non-mainnet network is designed for testing, staging, and pre-production workflows.
